  • How do NOP leggings fit?

    Our leggings are designed to fit women of different sizing and body shape. Sizes run from XS-5XL depending on style.


  • Are NOP leggings true to size?

    Yes. Our sizing runs true, which means that you should have no issue finding the ones for you based on your normal size.


    Some of our designs like Ada and Lexi feature high compression level, which tends to run smaller. Our Ann leggings have increased elasticity for added flexibility and movement, so one size fits 2-3 sizes without losing its shape. 


    We recommend reading the descriptions of each product and order according to your waist size listed in our size chart for the perfect fit!



  • Are NOP leggings high-waisted?

    Yes, we do! We offer free shipping in domestic orders $99 up


  • What material are NOP leggings made off?

    NOP leggings differ in material from style-to-style, in order to give you different levels of compression, softness, flexibility, and style. 

    For example, the Ann leggings come in super-soft Spandex / Polyester, low to non-compression, increased elasticity for added flexibility and movement. Our LIV leggings are made of 95% recycled polyester and elastane blend, with mid compression that provides enough support to keep everything in without feeling uncomfortable.

  • Do you offer sales and discounts?

    Yes, we do. we recommend signing up for our newsletter to get all our promotions and new product launches. 

  • How do I apply a discount/promo code?

    Just follow these simple steps:


    -Once you are ready to check out, go to your shopping cart.

    -Find the box on the right side of the page reading "Gift card or discount code".

    -Type in the code.

    -Hit "Apply" and your savings will be displayed.

     

    Only one promotional code may be used per order. Excludes sale items.


  • Do you offer returns and exchanges?

    Yes, we do.  At Not Only Pants we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We offer a 30-day refund/exchange on our products as long as they are still in their original condition (unworn with labels attached).


    On the exception of all sale-clearance items (more than 40%OFF) are final sales. They cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. A refund or exchange is only applicable if an item is faulty and was not communicated as non-perfect onsite.

  • Where do you ship to and what is the expected delivery time?

    We ship worldwide. Your order will ship in 3-5 business days and we will email you a shipping receipt as soon as it leaves our warehouse. 


    We have partnered up with different shipping carriers to allow our customers to choose the shipping option that suits them the best. 


    For international rates start at $15.  Depending on your country and the shipping carrier you have selected it can take 7-20 days after processing.


    Some countries charge additional duties/fees/tariffs on incoming items. We have no way of controlling the amount of these fees and are unable to refund any portion of them.


    Please note that Not Only Pants does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.


    If packages are refused due to additional fees and returned to our facility, your account will be credited MINUS the cost of the return shipping if we are charged.
